Crystal therapy is a type of vibrational medicine that utilizes the use of crystals or gemstones to promote and improve physical, mental, and spiritual healing.
It is based on the idea that particular crystals and stones have great energy that can correct imbalances in the energy fields or chakras, supporting excellent health and happiness. During a crystal therapy session, the person being treated lies clothed on a surface or a comfortable mattress. Various stones of a specific type, color, or pattern are placed throughout the body at the chakra points. The stones are placed there for around 20 to 40 minutes. When a crystal or precious stone is placed on the skin or applied to the skin, the patient accepts the vibration it provides, either subconsciously or actively. The interaction of the crystal's vibration with the body's vibration causes a wide range of responses, including the appearance of a vibrational flow or natural energy.
Crystal Therapy is used to channel pure good energy, and the client is responsible for accepting the treatment.
